Lychee needed a bold, meme-ready brand. I created a mascot — an unimpressed iguana in a lychee suit — and expanded it into a full identity system.

Built around three parts: mascot, typemark, and background system. The gritty, cel-shaded style plus modular templates made assets quick to spin up while staying on-brand.
