The Brief:
Transform the 61Apes character—the cultural face of the community—into a fully functional, dynamic brand and marketing system that can support ongoing NFT drops and high-energy social campaigns.

Overview:
The 61Apes were more than just an NFT collection; the ape itself became the vital, personality-driven identity of the Leveraged Labs community.
My task was to build a brand and marketing engine that amplified the character's unique personality across every drop, promotion, and social interaction, translating the concept into a cohesive system designed for viral impact and deep community loyalty.
The Generative System: Scale & Foundational Branding
The collection was structured into three tiers
(Council, Based, and Barracks).
Crucially, I created a subtle '618' graffiti mark that was layered behind every single NFT, acting as a continuous visual anchor linking the collection back to the core Leveraged Labs identity and its Fibonacci roots.
This required meticulous planning of over 50+ unique traits and their layers to ensure consistency across all 550 iterations.

Crafting the 1/1 “Based Apes”
Beyond the generative collection, I designed 40+ custom 1/1 'Based Apes.' These exclusive, hand-drawn pieces were created to serve as high-value, unique rewards and cultural artifacts for the most dedicated community members.
These pieces required bespoke illustration and concept development outside the main trait structure.

Technical Execution & Impact
The final assets were exported and layered to meet Solana NFT standards, ensuring seamless integration with the minting process and secondary marketplaces.
The collection successfully launched, providing the community with a unique, artistic digital identity badge and fostering deeper engagement within the ecosystem.
The community is vibrant and very active today.
