When a new team revived the project, my role was to provide the professional visual structure it lacked.

I translated the raw energy of the meme into a fully functional, rally-ready brand system, creating the final illustrated mascot, and developing supporting art and marketing materials for the core project backers.
The Mascot: From Viral Photo to Illustrated Icon
My intervention began by transforming the original porpoise meme into an expressive, illustrated mascot, ensuring the character was aligned with the project's cultural roots while being versatile for marketing.
To facilitate immediate content creation and engagement, the character was developed into a ready-to-use Character Animator puppet for the team.
Professional Structure for Meme-Driven Marketing
I built more than just a character; I provided consistency.
I designed a suite of social templates and core brand assets, allowing the team and key backers to deploy fast, high-quality, on-brand marketing materials across all social channels, effectively professionalizing the project's presence.
